This fall has been busier than ever, signified with very, very little knitting! And no blogging… and no reading of other blogs as well… But in such times even a pair of socks feels like a great achievement! So this fall, finishing a pair of socks made me happy! I think for most knitters the feeling you get when a project is finished, blocked and with all loose ends fixed, is pretty precious. And in a busy life where you fall behind with kids, family, work etc., it is maybe even more important to knit? Even if it is just a pair of socks? So to all of you feeling the same; let’s make time for knitting! Enjoy!
PS: This is the “Triton” sock pattern by Laura Sparling, I just used my favourite heel type instead.
The colour! The pattern! Super socks. And yes knitting is my comfort too.

People have shared so many wonderful patterns! And I bought the yarn in Sweden; it has nettles fibres in it!

Knitting is knitting is knitting. Good for you on slipping some in and now you have a cozy pair of socks to make you smile every time you wear them.
