My first test knit!

I have written down a pattern of the hat I made this summer: Norwegian Summer. I chose to make it in a thinner yarn, the soft 100% wool Chickadee from Quince & Co which is of the sport type. It does not itch and has some wonderful colours. I had some skeins in white/green/blue/yellow which was enough for a hat in medium size and one in large. Now I have put the pattern out for testing in the “testing pool” in Ravelry. If you would like to test the pattern, just let me know! It is very exciting to see if anyone would like to try to make it…and how many errors I have not spotted…!

  1. Cute hat. I wish I had the time, but with everything going on I can’t. I will wait to see the wonderful test knits that others will whip up for you.

    1. I really, really liked it. It is so soft but still have a firmness making the garments look so sleek! But pretty expensive here in Norway so it be mainly small garments 🙂
